The design for Duneseye challenged us to replace an existing contemporary residence with our clients’ vision of a casual “Maine Beach Cottage”. The resulting house seamlessly blends into it’s surroundings, offering panoramic ocean views from all living spaces. The main level, open floor plan, has sweeping views to the beach and ocean beyond, encourages entertaining, cooking, dining and the enjoyment of the anchoring fireplace.
Each level is connected by a residential elevator, making the house fully handicapped accessible.
