Rob Freedman, Senior Design Architect

Rob joined Salmon Falls Architecture in 1988 as an Architectural Designer.  After a year he moved on to work on Medical
renovations and new construction projects for 5 years before returning in 1994 as project Architect.

A native of Marblehead Massachusetts, Rob attended the Boston Architectural Center earning his BA in Architecture in
1986.

For the past 15 years Rob has worked on numerous residential projects including new construction, renovations, and
additions of various scales and scopes.

Communications, creativity, and an ability to put clients at ease enable him to achieve the most out of his projects.  Rob
has a special fondness for designing on lake front sites, which presents opportunities to peruse his interests in organic
architecture.

The “Boulders” represents a lake front project where it’s success lies in the manner in which it is sited, taking full
advantage of the beautiful views while maximizing the infusion of natural light.  Rob has recently acquired the designation
of “Certified Green Professional” (CGP) from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and is striving to
obtain LEED Certification (Leadership, Energy and Environmental Design).

In addition to his work as an Architect, Rob is a sports enthusiast enjoying amongst many things, cycling, swimming, and
spending time with his family hiking in the mountains.
